Our flight arriving to the Bahamas was early however our wait on the runway was 40 mins and we still had to go throw customs, all in all we were delayed by one hour and 15 minutes, I was nervous and afraid that our driver would leave but to my surprise after passing through customs and finally getting outside, there was our Black Diamond driver with a BIG BRIGHT SMILE welcoming us, she was VERY NICE AND FRIENDLY everything worked out perfect. Thank you Black Diamond I’ll definitely be using you again!Posted onVerified Great private transportation between airport and Atlantis. Car seats provided for babies. We booked private round trip transportation between the airport and Atlantis Royal Towers. The experience was great. Driver was waiting for us with a sign and helped us with our luggage. He drove smoothly and we felt safe. We traveled with our 2.5 year old and 3 month old. They provided car seats for each of them as we requested. The car seat for the baby was perfect for both rides. The car seat for the toddler was a bit too small for one ride and was just a booster seat for the other ride, but we made it work. The only gripe I had was that the car seats were not installed when we got into the car, so I had to spend extra time trying to figure out how to install each seat, which wasn't ideal. It would be great if they had the seats already installed because traveling with little ones is tough and it would be nice to just strap them in and go. Other than that, everything was perfect.
